GRADE

-If you wish to change the address after the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and costs incurred by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

-Discount items takes the shipping cost a bit, no free shipping.

-OOrders placed after 4am EST will be processed the following business day.

-Orders placed after 4pm (EST) on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

-Overnight orders placed Saturday before 4am (EST) will be delivered the following Monday.

-Business days are Monday-Saturday,

-No orders will be processed, shipped or delivered on Sundays and Chinese public holidays.

-Once you place an order with us, it takes us 1-3 business days to ship your order.

It takes about 2 - 5 business days (Monday - Saturday) for the tracking information to be updated.

ERYONE takes no responsibility for late or refused orders due to the following reasons:

  • The delivery time may be delayed by 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions. If your order is delayed more than 2 days, you can ask Eryone Support ( support@eryone.com ) for the reason.

  • Delay or non-delivery due to actions of the recipient. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing address after shipment, providing an unknown or incorrect address, providing false contact information, refusing delivery, etc.

  • Delay due to force majeure. "Force Majeure" means an unforeseen, unavoidable or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions causing delay in carriage, including but not limited to: national or regional controls or disruptions of the air or ground transportation system (e.g. due to weather reasons) , disruptions or malfunctions of communication systems, government actions, changes in postal administration policies, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog and other similar events.

  • Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transport regulations.

  • Shipments and packages cannot be delivered to the address of the recipient on weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

  • The recipient's address is a school, facility, or residential community that the courier does not have access to.

FAQ

1. How can I change my order before shipping after I placed it?

You can contact us ( support@eryone.com ) to change what you want as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. When shipped, can not change.

2. Is there any shipping cost for repeated deliveries, rejected packages or packages returned without reason?

Yes. The recipient is responsible for additional delivery costs if the delivery is caused by the recipient. The shipping costs for returning products due to cancellation of the order or refusal of the package after the goods have been shipped are the responsibility of the recipient and will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for returns without reason are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

3. Under what circumstances will Eryone Online Store unilaterally cancel an order?

The Eryone Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license or resell any products or services obtained through the Eryone Online Store. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original amount if we discover any of the following violations before the goods are dispatched or signed for:

  • Shopify has identified your order as a high-risk order.

  • Eryone receives a notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction was somehow fraudulent.

  • Eryone determines that the purchase was made through improper means or finds evidence that the order was illegal.
