This ERYONE Customer Service Policy (this "Policy") only applies to ERYONE products that you have purchased from the ERYONE official online store (www.eryone3d.com).
To return your product, you should first email us: support@eryone.com . We will reply you with the address to which you will send the goods back.
1. Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order after completing the purchase, you can do so at no cost and without giving any reason, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, you must contact us at the following email address : support@eryone.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If 24 hours have passed after the order left ERYONE 3D, the cancellation can no longer be made. To return the order, you must do it as soon as you receive it and the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
2. Worry-free return for 7 days.
Products purchased from eryone3d.com can be returned within the first 7 days of receipt . In order to process a return we require authorization, please contact us with your order details before sending a return.
If you send a return without authorization, we will not be aware of the return and no action will be automatically processed.
2.2.Instruction:

× A product sent to ERYONE for return and refund service does not include all original accessories, fasteners or packaging, or an item is not in new or like-new condition, ie has cracks, dents or scratches.
× Legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not presented or there is reasonable suspicion that it has been forged or tampered with.
× Any failure or damage to the product is due to unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, intrusion of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
× The product has been damaged by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong winds or lightning strikes.

×Since the printer accessories are easily damaged and it is impossible to determine whether the customer's use caused the damage, the return is not accepted.

4. The shipping cost should be borne by the buyer in the following cases
√ Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
√ Buyer's Accidental Returns
√ Return of personal items
√ Returning items that claim to have defects but from the ERYONE.
√ Returning defective items in international shipping
√ Costs related to unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the authorized warranty process)
√ If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit to your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically applied within a specified number of days
6. Items of sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Due to the speed of processing, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please think carefully before ordering or contact us within 24 hours before we process the order.
MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISSING
Couriers will often hide or leave the shipment with a party present (e.g. a real estate agency) to prevent theft. We encourage you to shop around after placing your order. If you cannot find them, please contact Care.
